Intervention 1: control group or normocapnic group:at the end of surgery and stopping infusion of drugs,respiratory rate and tidal volume will be adjusted to the amount of end tidal co2 at the range
control group or normocapnic group:at the end of surgery and stopping infusion of drugs,respiratory rate and tidal volume will be adjusted to the amount of end tidal co2 at the range of 35-40. this
Intervention group or hypercapnic group: at the end of surgery and stopping drugs infusion,the rebreathing tube with 700 ml volume will be conected between tracheal tube and anesthetic machine circu

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Adult patients ;belonging to ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologistsclass) I,II undergoint elective surgery ;Surgery time less than 180' Exclusion Criteria:patients with cardiac; endocrinal;neuromuscular and neurological diseases;body mass index (BMI) > 30 (kg/m2);patients with pulmonary hypertention, emphysema and chronic bronchitis;brain surgery
