Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1- Hemophilia must be confirmed by a pediatric hematologist. 2-The adolescent and parents must be willing to participate in the study. 3-The adolescent must be able to speak Persian. 4-The adolescent must be between 11-20 years old. 5-The adolescent must not have any other mental or physical illness. 6-The adolescent must not have been exposed to a stressful event in the last 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1- The adolescent and parents do not wish to continue participating in the study. 2- The adolescent does not participate in the self-care multimedia educational program. 3- No unexpected events (such as parental divorce or death, etc.) have occurred to the adolescent.

By utilizing the emotional coping approach, it appears through postponing the reaction to situations, reluctance to disclose the disease, and withdrawal from society. -Spiritual Adaptation: Spirituality or spiritual adaptation is the achievement of meaning in passing through difficult passages and bottlenecks related to illness through spiritual strategies through connection to God, relying on the role of heartfelt beliefs, faith and trust in God, and prayer And by entrusting himself to the fate ordained by God, the patient considers suffering from hemophilia to be a test and a divine blessing and benefit from God. In this regard, by looking hopefully at the future of his illness and hoping for recovery, he considers the situation easy for himself. -Hope: Hope, as a strong and facilitating factor, helps to endure difficult stages of treatment, and patients who have less hope feel the complications and problems of treatment more intense | — |
