Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age between 18-45 years old; no active addiction; proper cooperation for study. Exclusion criteria: use psychological drugs for anxiety and depression; unstable state of the disease; exacerbation of disease during study that cause inability for participation of sport activity.
