Intervention 1: The case group were treated with 5 FU for four hours twice a day for four weeks. Intervention 2: The control group were treated with cryotherapy twice with two week interval.

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Sixty patients with backhand wart were evaluated Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women; Patients with Raynaud's syndrome, Patients with collagen vascular disease; Patients who eceived wart treatment
