Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In this prospective randomized (based on close envelope method ) clinical trial, 48 patients have enrolled in two groups. All of patients had at least two frozen embryos from their previous ICSI cycle and had normal level of PRL&TSH ( according to recent control ). The patients were candidate for embryo donation excluded from the study.

MeasureTime frame
Pregnancy rate. Timepoint: Two weeks after FET. Method of measurement: Posetive or negative.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Ectopic pregnancy. Timepoint: 7 weeks after FET. Method of measurement: Trans vaginal ultrasonography.;Abortion. Timepoint: 7 weeks after embryo transfer. Method of measurement: Trans vaginal ultrasonography.
