Patients with organic traumatic pain. Superficial injuries involving multiple regions of upper limb(s) with lower limb(s)

Intervention 1: In the intervention group use sesame oil and NSAIDs in accordance the prescribing physician. Intervention 2: Control group taked NSAIDS only.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients age is between 15-45 years ? Non diabetes and vascula disease and muscle-skeletal disease? Non organ brase ? The organ perfusion is sufficient ? Non sign of infected organ ?The patient is oriented ? Patient history without any sensitive sing to any material . Exclusion criteria: The patient no like to continue program;Any sing due to allergy.
