Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: cervical spine trauma; normal x-ray; tenderness in the cervical vertebrae Exclusion criteria: History of fracture of cervical spine; Patient with unstable hemodynamics; Altered mental status; Focal neurologic deficit; Pain disorder disease; Intoxication; History of orthopedic and rheumatologic disease; Malingering; Contraindication of morphine use (such as asthma)
