Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: all neonates 27-37 weeks gestation; under mechanical ventilation at least 48 hours due to RDS; is in Weaning Phase. Exclusion Criteria: Pneumothorax; congenital anomalies; meconium aspiration pneumonia; congenital heart disease;asphyxia
