Intervention 1: Administration of DDAVP nasal spray 2 puffs before admission to ICU and 6 hours later. Intervention 2: Administration of saline nasal spray 2 puffs before admission to ICU and 6 hours

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: CABG surgery under CPB, Age over 18 years, Anti-platelet drugs for one week before surgery Exclusion Criteria: Heart surgery (other than surgery to control bleeding), coagulation disorders, anticoagulation before surgery, patient dissatisfaction, sensitivity to DDAVP, kidney disease, liver disease
