Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: . Inclusion criteria is typical symptoms of obstructed defecation syndrome with at least obstructed defecation syndrome score =6 and failure of the conservative treatment over a period of 6 months. Exclusion criteria is patients with slow transit constipation; low and fixed enterocele; third-degree sigmoidocele; external rectal prolapsed; pelvic floor dyssynergia; proctitis; perineal infection; chronic diarrhea; IBD; neoplasia; anorectal stenosis; previous anterior resection; fecal incontinence (Wexner incontinence score _7) and foreign material adjacent to the rectum or with a mental disorder.
