Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: women between 60- 40 years, At least 2 years ago they are diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, The use of oral diabetes medications, Access to them, Willingness to participate in the study. Exclusion criteria: People suffering from diabetes complications, other disabilities associated with diabetes, Illness or surgery within 6 months, not wanting to continue study, diabetes complications, illness and other disabilities through study
