Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: young men with BMI equal to 25-30 kg/m2; people with no sport activities during past six months; having no history of disease. Exclusion criteria: Being affected with infectious disease; abusing drugs as well as ergogenic ones; No accompany of the subjects during the project.
