Intervention 1: The intervention group: consisted of 25 patients in addition to diabetes treatment plan, camel milk per day at a rate of 500 ml (2 cups) given and the Intervention will continue for 4

The intervention group: consisted of 25 patients in addition to diabetes treatment plan, camel milk per day at a rate of 500 ml (2 cups) given and the Intervention will continue for 4 weeks
The control group: consisted of 25 patients given the same amount of milk will continue for 4 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: all subjects with type 2 diabetes aged 18-80 years old. Exclusion criteria: Diabetics taking insulin for diabetes complications such as Hyperglycemia diabetic ketoacidosis, acute kidney infections, nephropathy, neuropathy or severe heart disease.
