Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria? Patients with moderate chronic periodontitis in which at least 30% site have PPD=4 and radiographic signs of bone loss are present, patients with range of 25-40 years old, fulfillment of consent form. Exclusion criteria? Smoker persons, pregnant women, subject with any systemic condition which might influence the course of periodontal disease or treatment(HIV/ AIDS, uncontrolled diabetes), history of scaling the previous year.
