Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients between 18-55 years old Burnt injury less than 10% of total body surface area Needing autograft Informed consent for participation in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Electrical burn Chemical burn Diabetes Chronic liver failure Chronic kidney failure Advanced heart disease Severe malnutrition with albumin less than 2.5 grams per deciliter Use of immunosuppressive drugs Advanced metastatic cancers Use of immunosuppressive drugs Connective tissue diseases
