Intervention 1: Intervention group: A drink containing 6% carbohydrate. In 250 cc of mineral water, 6% sugar dissolves. Intervention 2: Control group: no supplement.

20 Years to 26 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: being single; have a regular menstrual cycles; The duration of each period should be between 5-6 days. Exclusion Criteria: being smoker; have a painful menstruation; have a history of heart disease; have a history of neurological, metabolic, infectious, or orthopedic disorders; coffee consumption more than 300 mg /day.
