Intervention 1: The first intervention group will receive ten micro gram per kilogram Filgrastim (produced by Cinnagen pharmaceutical company) in the form of intramuscular injection for three days. In

The first intervention group will receive ten micro gram per kilogram Filgrastim (produced by Cinnagen pharmaceutical company) in the form of intramuscular injection for three days
Intervention group 2 will receive 0.1 micro gram per kilogram Pegfilgrastim (produced by Cinnagen pharmaceutical company) in a single dose intramuscular injection

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with leukemia, suffering from fever and neutropenia (NAC less than 1500)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neutropenic patients other than leukemia patients who have not received the full course of treatment

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Fever. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study, every other day until fever is stopped. Method of measurement: Using the Thermometer.;Neutropenia. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study, every other day until the ANC reaches over 1500. Method of measurement: Based on laboratory kits and based on the results of blood tests.
