The first intervention group will receive 100 mg of Neurotec capsules (Nano hayat products) per month for one month
The second intervention group, gabapentin (a product of Sobhan Pharmaceutical Company) will start for one month at a dose of 100 mg and, if necessary and patient tolerate, will increase up to 300 mg.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria : People with diabetes; People who have complain from sensory symptoms, paresthesia or pain; Informed consent. Exclusion criteria:Patients suffering from other diseases such as uremia that can cause neuropathy; Patients with contraindications to the drug such as pregnancy; patients who have taken other drugs to control neuropathic symptoms
