Inclusion criteria: Informed consent Being married Living with a spouse People with a diagnosis of mood disorders by a psychiatrist Ability to read and write

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of physical illnesses that would prevent participation in the study Participate in a concurrent treatment program
