Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent Pregnant women with confirmed gestational diabetes based on medical criteria Gestational age up to 30 weeks Ability to read and write

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of severe chronic illnesses, such as heart, kidney, or neurological diseases History of using medications that affect gestational diabetes other than insulin
