Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Informed consent Patients requiring lower bilateral third molar surgery Age between 18 and 35 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of systemic diseases History of taking nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), corticosteroids, antibiotics, and anticoagulants at least two weeks before surgery History of active infection, cyst, or tumor associated with third molars History of sensitivity to the solutions used Patients who consume alcohol and smoke Pregnant or breastfeeding women
