Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent Age between 18 and 70 years old Patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with polyps

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of diabetes, congestive heart failure, and immunodeficiency Pregnant women
