Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent Married women aged 18-45 Reading and writing literacy Having a computer or smartphone with video communication capabilities Familiarity with cyberspace and Internet access

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Under treatment with other psychological therapies Medical prohibition against pregnancy according to the individual's statement History of infertility and fertility problems History of physical and mental illnesses in the mother (such as high blood pressure, heart disease, and depression) History of alcohol and tobacco use Experience of participating in similar training or counseling classes prior to study

Childbearing Attitudes. Timepoint: End of study and 4 weeks after the end of the study. Method of measurement: Using the childbearing attitude questionnaire.
