Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent Patients with a single-rooted maxillary premolar tooth that is indicated for extraction. Age 30 to 50 years The buccal plate wall is healthy and the patient does not have periodontitis or gingival recession. The adjacent teeth should be healthy, free of extensive decay, crowding, and restorations Crowding

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gap less than 2 mm or more than 4 mm Traumatic extraction Pregnancy Cigarette and tobacco use History of radiotherapy Active infection in the dental socket

MeasureTime frame
Labial wall thickness. Timepoint: Before extraction (T1) and 6 months after (T2) the implant procedure. Method of measurement: Using a CBCT machine.
