Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent Age between 20 and 40years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of diabetes, high blood pressure, stomach ulcers, psychiatric problems, known allergy to TXA, color vision impairment History of anticoagulant use 5 days before surgery History of blood disorders (thromboembolic, hemoglobinopathy, coagulation, and hemolytic disease) History of fibrinolytic disorders

Edema around the eyes. Timepoint: The first, third, and seventh days after surgery. Method of measurement: Doctor's observation (from mild to severe).;Echymosis around the eye.
