Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: People with a diagnosis of immune thrombocytopenia that has been present for at least 6 months since the onset of the disease Age less than 18 years Serum platelet count at baseline should be greater than 30 x 103 platelets/liter Serum bilirubin level should be less than 1.5
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with secondary immune thrombocytopenia History of lupus Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome Severe life-threatening bleeding Heart, lung, liver, or kidney problems History of cancer Osteoporosis Diabetes mellitus History of taking antiplatelet drugs or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs one month before the start of the study
