Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent Over 18 years old People diagnosed with depression by a psychiatrist

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of mental illness History of antidepressant use History of thyroid disease and diseases that lead to depression A history of severe depression or suicidal thoughts History of underlying disease Experience of a traumatic event within the past 6 months
