Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Informed consent Primiparous women seeking spontaneous or instrumental deliveries with episiotomy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women with fever during childbirth Cervical rupture Widespread rupture and sphincter rupture Episiotomy extension Severe preeclampsia Severe anemia Previous perineal surgery other than initial repair after birth HIV or hepatitis B infection Dead fetus
