Intervention 1: In the intervention group, Botox injection will be performed under general anesthesia (500 units of botulinum toxin Mesport in 6 units of normal saline serum) using a rigid cystoscope

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent Adults with urge urinary incontinence resistant to behavioral therapies, pelvic floor exercises, and medication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous history of urinary incontinence surgery History of urinary tract infection
