The intervention group, after discontinuing standard drug treatment (antiglaucoma drops), will undergo six doses of nanofiber (Triple combination drugs including: Timolol, Dorzolamide, and Brimonidine

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent all patients diagnosed with advanced glaucoma with poor visual prognosis (vision at or below the level of light perception) who have elevated intraocular pressure Patients who are candidates for cyclodestructive surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women Children under eight years old Patients with a history of cardiovascular and respiratory diseases
