Interventions

Intervention 1: In the first intervention group (moderate intensity exercise), aerobic exercise in the form of running will consist of 24 sessions (eight weeks), which will be performed in 3 sessions

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent People with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease Body mass index between 25 and 39.9 kg/m2 Blood pressure less than 140/90 mmHg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People taking anti-diabetic medication Unstable weight (more than 5 kg weight change over the past 6 months) Participate in regular exercise (more than 120 minutes per week) History of alcohol consumption (more than 20 grams per day for men and more than 10 grams per day for women) Pregnancy and breastfeeding Tobacco use Orthopedic problems and neuromuscular limitations Evidence of cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, thyroid disease

MeasureTime frame
Leukocyte count. Timepoint: 72 to 144 hours before the first session and 96 to 144 hours after the last training session. Method of measurement: Complete Blood Count Test (CBC).;Serum levels of TNF-a protein. Timepoint: 72 to 144 hours before the first session and 96 to 144 hours after the last training session. Method of measurement: Blood test using ELISA method.
