Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 80 years Complaints of cystocele mass Cystocele stage 3 and above Patients who need posterior compartment repair or repair at the same time

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Desire to use a pessary History of prolapse surgery and urinary incontinence Patients needing vaginal hysterectomy Patients with rheumatological history
