Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 15 and 65 years Inform consent Severe weight loss in the past six months Definitive diagnosis of irritable bowel syndrome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from severe gastrointestinal diseases History of diabetes, heart failure, liver failure, kidney failure, asthma and chronic obstructive disease Pregnant and breastfeeding women History of alcohol and drug addiction History of psychiatric disorders People who take other medications that interfere with thyme and marjoram syrup, including patients who take heart medications, antihypertensives, antipsychotics, corticosteroids, iron and calcium supplements, and antibiotics.
