Tendon repair. Spontaneous rupture of flexor tendons

Interventions

Intervention 1: The first intervention group will receive a 4-strand suture tendon repair. Intervention 2: The second intervention group will receive a 6-strand suture tendon repair.

Inclusion criteria: Patients with ruptured deep flexor tendons of the fingers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with bone damage and crushing Patients with severe finger injury

MeasureTime frame
Rate of remission. Timepoint: 3 months after the end of the study. Method of measurement: By the angle gauge.
