Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nullipara and multipara to 5 Parity and singleton women No history of previous cesarean section and uterine surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with the open cervix and contraindication for isosorbide mononitrate (IMN) Women with significant heart disease or anemia
