Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: overt hypothyroidism based on definition Hypothyroidism controlled by Levothyroxine and T3 level in normal range Hypothyroidism in the age range of 20 to 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy taking altering drug metabolism such as weight-loss drugs and antidepressants and hypnotics. Other metabolic and underlying diseases.

Method of measurement: Scale Sleepiness Epworth (ESS).;Depression. Method of measurement: Beck Depression Inventory.;Fatigue. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study,, one and a half months later, and at the end of the study, 3 months after the beginning of the study. Method of measurement: Fatigue severity scale.;Quality of life. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study,, one and a half months later, and at the end of the study, 3 months after the beginning of the study. Method of measurement: The World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHOQOL).;Symptoms of hypothyroidism.
