Type II diabetes. Type 2 diabetes mellitus

Interventions

Intervention 1: The intervention group will received the 100 mg of co-enzyme Q10 capsule daily for 6 months. Intervention 2: The control group will not receive medicine.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with proven proteinuria with a rate of greater than 150 mg in 24-hour urine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of underlying diseases, kidney disease and metabolic syndrome Proteinuria because of reasons other than diabetic nephropathy

Nephropathy. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study, 3 and 6 months after the study. Method of measurement: Through blood tests.
