Conditions

Lumbar Disk Herniation. Nerve root and plexus compressions in intervertebral disc disorders

Interventions

Intervention 1: The first intervention group will received two grams of vitamin C before injection. Intervention 2: The second intervention group will received 400 mg of gabatanin intravenously.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing spinal surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with narcotic allergies History of alcohol and drug abuse History of gabapentin allergy Use of analgesics 48 hours before surgery History of seizure Psychopathy

Measure	Time frame
Pain. Timepoint: Immediately after surgery, 48, 36, 24, 12, 6, 2, and 1 hour after surgery. Method of measurement: Using the ruler degree.	—
