Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 25 to 45 Patients are candidates for IVF With diminished ovarian reserve

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ovarian failure due to gonadal dysgenesis and chromosomal abnormalities History of major pelvic floor surgery that has resulted in severe pelvic adhesions Unwillingness to participate in the study
