Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: nulliparity; single fetus; term gestational age(37 W+0day-42Weeks); Blood pressur 18; intra uterine growth retardation; pre eclampsia; underline disease for exampie DM; servical dilatation= 4 cm.
