Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 65 years old Diagnosed with acute leukemia Under ICE regimen chemotherapy Hospitalization record at least for 5 days Neutrophilic level below 2000 Hg level below 12 g/dl No receive of the APEX drug Consent to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dissatisfaction to participate in research

MeasureTime frame
Blood cell count (red blood cells, hemoglobin, white blood cells, neutrophils, basophils, monocytes and lymphocytes). Timepoint: On the first day (before the intervention) and then daily for up to 7 days. Method of measurement: Automatic cell counters.
