Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newly graduated nurses at the beginning of their professional careers Employment in medical and surgical departments Willingness to participate in the study and completion of a written informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participation in similar empowerment programs within the past 6 months Presence of severe psychological issues diagnosed based on self-report
