Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria: if they had not known kidney, liver, cardiovascular, allergy, respiratory, thyroid diseases and diabetes; did not taken medications. exclusion criteria: if they did not followed their prescribed diet; had hypercholesterolemia and hypertension.
