Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: having an informed consent they are admitted a maximum six months ago and discharging from hospital. earning the higher than five scores from Pittsburgh questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Withdrawal from continuing cooperation

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Sleep quality. Timepoint: beginning of the study, third week and end of the study. Method of measurement: the scores are obtained from completing of Pittsburgh questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Anxiety. Timepoint: beginning of the study, third week and fifth week. Method of measurement: completing the Speilberger State–Trait Anxiety Inventory.
