Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Students studying in the 7th and 8th semesters. Not contingent. Not having a physical and mental problem. willingness to participate in the research
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: being uncooperative absence in more than two training session occurrence of severe crisis such as the death of a close family member
