Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ASA class 1 and 2 patients; aged between 15 to 75 year; hemoglobin level more than 10 mg/dl. Exclusion Criteria: Previous operation at the same region; History of coagulopath; History of uncontrolled hypertension;Duration of operation more than 5 hours; BMI more than 35.
