Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: patients underwent trans-urethral resection of the prostate. Exclusion criteria: decision to open prostatectomy surgery instead of TURB; uncontrolled underlying diseases; chronic pelvic pain; opium addiction; contra indications of the intravenous of hyoscine; spinal anesthesia.
