Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Women Without Pregnancy 2. Failure to have mental disorders (psychosis, schizophrenia) 3. Ability to attend classes and complete the written consent form. 4. Earn a mental health score of less than 22 5. Lack of participation in any kind of educational class including physiological delivery
