Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: satisfaction of patient for surgery absence of contraindication for surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: current smokers patient with chronic rhinosinusitis chronic skin disease or rheumatology nasal polyps,asthma,allergic rhinitis patients previously undergoing septoplasty or rhinoplasty the presence of ecchymosis or edema before surgery for any reason failure to refer patients for post operative examinations

The ecchymosis after surgery patients based on Kara and Gökalan (Adopted by Yucel) (questionnaire attached) will be evaluated and scored. Timepoint: On the 3rd and 7th days after surgery, the degree of ecchymosis of the patients will be examined. Method of measurement: Based on the Kara and Gökalan (Adopted by Yucel) questionnaire, they will be evaluated and scored. Echymosis (spreading the ecchymosis to one third of the inner lower or upper eyelid = Grade 1, spreading the ocimosis to two-thirds of the inner lower or upper eyelid = gradient 2, spreading the ecchymosis to the entire lower or upper eyelid = Grade 3.;The postoperative edema patients based on Kara and Gökalan (Adopted by Yucel) (questionnaire attached) will be evaluated and scored. Timepoint: On the 3rd and 7th days after the operation, the edema of the patients will be examined. Method of measurement: Inflammation of patients (Iris not covered with eyelid = Grade 1, part of the iris covered with eyelid = Grade 2, full iris coverage with eyelid swelling = Grade 3, and complete closure of the eye and swelling = Grade 4) And based on the Kara and Gökalan (Adopted by Yucel) (Salary Inventory) , will be evaluated and scored.	—
