Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Age over 60 years; willingness to participate in the study; speaking in Farsi; non existence of mental health disorders; orientation to place and time. Exclusion Criteria: Withdrawing from the study, existence of disability or special disease, elders who are not able to speak in Farsi; having trouble visiting the center; existence of psychological and mental disorders; lack of orientation to place and time; seniors who are reluctant to participate in the study.
